He is adept at analyzing the financial viability of new ventures/new projects and forecast the amount of project finance/ funds required. Sridhar Raman
Sridhar is an accomplished HR professional with over Twenty years of hard core experience in Recruiting, Consulting, and Human Resource Management functions.Having diverse expertise and broad knowledge of Corporate Organizations in the IT Industry, Culture, Policies, Products & Services, Markets and Processes. Extensive understanding of Business Planning & Management and complete knowledge of recruitment life cycle.
Sridhar is also a Recruitment Specialist. In his vast and varied industry experience, he has worked with some of the large corporates in the Engineering and IT Industry like Best & Crompton, Wipro Systems, Mastek and Birlasoft.
His core areas of expertise are Executive Hiring, HR Process Consulting, Leadership Career Counselling and Talent Management. He was part of All-India Start-up Team in Wipro Systems in developing and implementing evolving people policies and practices for the software business unit. In Mastek, he played a key role in setting up the ODC and ramping up ODC technical team in a record time span of six months. His key contributions in Birlasoft were setting up the ERP/CRM Competency Centre at Bangalore and streamlining of hiring and talent management processes.
